On its heyday, Williamsburg&#8217;s deanery had at least 10 functioning Roman Catholic parishes. The list of the must-sees is almost endless, but suffice it to say that no church expedition would be complete without Annunciation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Built in 1870 by Francis Himpler, Annunciation is one of the oldest church buildings in northern Brooklyn. Its simple (and large) Romanesque Revival fa\u00e7ade conceals an intricate interior with a beautiful bluish nave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
