This imposing Romanesque Revival church, in the not so imposing Mariners Harbor has been a staple of the neighborhood since 1858.
While some incorrectly claim it’s the oldest building in the area (the Stephen D. Barnes was built a few years early), it is the oldest church by far of Mariners Harbor, and the North Shore until the Reformed Church in Port Richmond.
